How to brew

Hot: 1–2 teaspoons per 200ml freshly boiled water. Steep for 4–5 minutes.

Iced: Brew 3 teaspoons in 200ml boiling water for 5 minutes, strain and pour over ice with fresh mint.

Serving tip

A calming evening cup – add a spoonful of honey, or enjoy with lemon drizzle cake.
