How to brew

Hot: 1 tea bag per 200ml water at 85–90°C. Steep for 3–4 minutes.

Iced: Brew 2 tea bags in 200ml hot water for 4 minutes, then pour over ice with fresh strawberries.

Serve iced with sliced strawberries, or hot with a Victoria sponge.
