How to brew

Hot: 1 tea bag per 200ml water at 90–95°C. Steep for 3–5 minutes.

Iced: Brew 2 tea bags in 200ml hot water for 5 minutes, then pour over ice – Passion Fruit and Wild Berries are especially good iced.

Serving tip

Great for sharing at afternoon tea – serve with scones, fruit cake or lemon biscuits.
