How to brew

Hot: 1 tea bag per 200ml freshly boiled water. Steep for 3–5 minutes.

Iced: Brew 2 tea bags in 200ml boiling water for 5 minutes, then pour over ice – Rooibos Raspberry is lovely iced.

Rooibos is great with a splash of plant milk – try Rooibos Date with an oat biscuit at bedtime.
