How to brew

Hot: 1 tea bag per 200ml freshly boiled water. Infuse as shown on the pack (usually 4–5 minutes); add honey to taste.

Iced: Brew 2 tea bags in 200ml boiling water, cool and pour over ice with a slice of lemon.

Serving tip

A calming bedtime cup – lovely with a teaspoon of honey and a shortbread biscuit.
